The Research and the Practice of Developing Students’ Self-regulated Abilities in Senior Physics’ Exercise Teaching

“Self-regulated learning abilities”, one of the important issues in the current educational researches, is not only good for students to improve their learning efficiencies, but also provides a solid foundation for their life-long learning and development.The task based on the constructional theory investigates the senior two high-school student’s physics self-regulated learning and analyzes the possibility and necessity for the students to develop the ability of self-regulated learning. The task builds the teaching strategy and method of self-regulated learning that are developed in teaching based on students’exercises. There are many good teaching methods in my teaching process such as: task-given teaching method, different task for different students method, chosen-exercises collection and so on.A year’s experiment shows: teaching guided by self-regulated learning-teaching mode helps to improve students’learning efficiencies and build up their self-regulated learning abilities.
