Plant community is the basal unit for the forest land and also base of forest ecological function. Guided by theories of plant study, landscape ecology and landscape aesthetics, the studies of the plant community on species diversity, air anion concentration, air quality et al have been done on Qingshan lake forest land, linan city, Zhejiang province combined with relative scientific data and field visit for locals. The major research conclusion is as following.(1) With the research of the forest land in Qingshan lake region, the 3 different types of plant communities such as broad leaved forest community, broad and coniferous leaved forest community and economic forest community have been taken as object for study. The structure, diversity and importance value of forest plant community have been analyzed in the paper.(2) The perspective of plant species study in 3 types of plant communities showed that the plant species figure of 3 types of plant communities is shrub>grass>woods, and the broad and coniferous leaved forest community has larges Shannon-Wiener index than that of other 2 plant communities.(3) The study of air anion in forest land indicated that air quality of this mountainous area is good and will be helpful for citizens. According to the field air test, there is a more than 700 air anion.During the construction of Qingshan lake forest garden, the protection and reasonable exploration for this area and optimizing of plant community structure will be functional to improve the environmental quality of lingan inner city.
