The Reseach of Construction and Improvement of Employees Incentives in Local Power R & D Enterprises

In recent years, with a unified national market, and the increasing of elements cost, the existing institutional advantages for the eastern coastal edge is disappearing. The future optimization of the mechanism of economic growth will be based on knowledge and technology. Therefore, knowledge-intensive enterprises will become a driving force in the region economic growth. Electric power research enterprise is one kind of the knowledge-intensive enterprises, and in the context of reform of electric power, the optimal design of incentive mechanism for the knowledge workers in the development of electric R&D enterprises has a crucial role. In this article, the authors selects this type of employee incentive business as a research object, analyzes knowledge-intensive business of the kind of enterprises and the characteristics of knowledge workers. Then from the perspective of the demand for electricity R & D incentives to employees, the paper analyzes the requirements and features, combined with the human capital management status quo of XX Province Electric Power R & D enterprise in Zhejiang, and makes countermeasures to the design and optimization of the power R & D employees incentive system. Specifically, this paper can be divided into the following five elements:Part 1, mainly analyzes the current economic development in eastern coastal areas, as well as background factors such as electricity reform. This paper argues that in such a context, the research of Electric Power Research Enterprise staff incentives of knowledge workers, which can form the core competitiveness has theoretical and practical significance. In addition, the section also reviews domestic and foreign research results.Part 2 researches the concept of knowledge-intensive companies and knowledge workers, and analyzes the human capital management of knowledge-intensive enterprise and the factures in which knowledge workers are different from other types.Part 3, summarizes and analyzes the practical experience of foreign knowledge-intensive enterprise human capital management and employee incentive mechanism. The paper learns that material incentives alone can not meet Knowledge-intensive enterprises for employee incentive structure requirements, and diversification should be the main direction of incentive mechanism design.Part 4, is a systematic research on China’s electric power company employee incentive mechanism on the basis of the needs analysis, in order to build suitable for electric power R & D employees incentive system, including a sound performance appraisal and management mechanism, as well as a wide range of incentive structure. Part 5, combined with a case study of the human capital management of a tech enterprise in Zhejiang, makes an analysis of the enterprise human capital management, in particular the employee performance appraisal and management system, and analyzes the problems of the incentive mechanism to make specific countermeasures for its modern construction and optimization.
