This article describes a detailed discussion of the information transmission system based on the hierarchical wireless Ad Hoc networks , and achieve self- real - time video system video subsystem . The system has high research value and broad application prospects , the main application areas include field command of the firefighting and construction supervision guidance . This article discusses video capture, encoding , decoding , and transmission , as well as the contents of the Linux operating system , C / C - language program development and video database . The article mainly includes the content of the video data collection , the use of MPEG - 4 codec 's , as well as the RTP network transmission technology research and implementations .
