Nowadays an increasingly competitive market, employers often take non-competition to protect their own interests, but for the majority of workers, the employment pressure is more prominent, and their own jobs right, the right to life is more worthy of attention. Although the left side of non-competition system is reasonable, to some extent, constitutes a free choice of workers labor rights and restrictions on the right.
