The Application Study on Dairy Wastewater Treatment Technics

In this paper, Yichang City , Hubei Province , Kyoto dairy research background, research dairy effluent such a high concentration of organic nitrogen-containing wastewater treatment . Objective: Kyoto dairy developed a set of low-input , low-cost operation , the treatment effect is good wastewater standards process , a complete solution of problems which need to be addressed . Method : (1) analysis of a variety of wastewater treatment technologies , to select suitable processing technology for dairy effluent water quality characteristics ; ( 2) the use of artificial neural network processing of sequencing batch reactor (SBR) the dairy effluent establish mathematical model ; (3 ) through on-site wastewater biological treatment debugging process of anaerobic treatment unit proposed improvement measures ; (4) economic analysis of dairy wastewater treatment works . Results: (1) derived by calculating the current size of the wastewater treatment of 12 tons / day . Select \predict effluent NH3 - N values ??an average error of 3.85% ; (3) through on-site wastewater biological treatment debugging , stable operation SBR pool creation in the process , but the process of anaerobic treatment unit is not working properly lead to water quality can not be achieved thereon grate discharge machine , and select the the UBF anaerobic reactor instead of hydraulic digesters ; ( 4) estimates , Yichang City, Kyoto dairy farm wastewater treatment works construction investment of 722,400 yuan , and the annual operating costs of $ 2.1 million , unit operating costs 4.8 yuan / ton . Conclusion : this study anaerobic - aerobic - stabilization pond joint processing scheme can be applied to small and medium - sized dairy farm wastewater treatment .
