Rectangular box deep drawing forming three - dimensional finite element model to verify the correctness and validity of the finite element numerical simulation analysis by numerical simulation and the experiment . Material parameters and mold process parameters on the blank drawing process , the influencing factors of the blank drawing numerical simulation results . Sheet deep drawing process failure mode is wrinkling and fracture the reasonable control of the distribution of BHF can eliminate these defects , improve formability . The numerical simulation results show that the variable blank holder force control technology can significantly improve the formability of the rectangular box . Finally, on board car trunk and hood drawing forming process was simulated .
