Rectangular box deep drawing forming three - dimensional finite element model to verify the correctness and validity of the finite element numerical simulation analysis by numerical simulation and the experiment . The numerical simulation results show that the variable blank holder force control technology can significantly improve the formability of the rectangular box . Finally, on board car trunk and hood drawing forming process was simulated .
