Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds synthesized ligand metal complexes with its innovative structure, the unique features in coordination chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, science, and materials sciences attracted widespread attention, get in-depth research. Paper work in the following areas: 1. Design synthesis, characterization and properties of benzimidazole compounds and their metal complexes were designed and synthesized 1,1 '- bis (1 - benzimidazole) ethane ( L A1 ), 1,1 '- bis (1 - benzimidazolyl) propane (L A2 ), 1,1' - bis (1 - benzimidazole) butane (L A3 ), 1,1 '- bis (1 - benzimidazolyl) ether (L A4 ), 2,2' - bis (1 - benzene benzimidazole) (LB1), 2,2 '- bis (1 - benzimidazolyl) methane (LB2) six benzimidazole compounds by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy to characterize the structure of which L A1 , L A3 and L of A4 obtained by the cultivation of the solution method of single crystal; the ligand L A1 Preparation of a series of complexes with different transition metal salts and preliminary characterization by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. And LA and LB series were characterized using UV spectroscopy. Determination of the biological activity of the LA series compounds and found that L A1 and L A4 having good biological activity. 2.2,9 - dimethyl-1, 10 - phenanthroline complex synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical properties of 2,9 - dimethyl-1, 10 - phenanthroline (C 14 < / sub> H 12 N 2 ) and fumaric acid (C 4 O 4 H 4 ) synthetic ligand [Cu 2 (C 14 H 12 N 2 ) 2 (C 4 O 4 H 2 ) Cl 2 (H < sub> 2 O) 4 ] (Ld 1 ), [Mn 2 (C 14 H 12 N 2 ) 2 (C 4 O 4 H 2 ) (CH 3 COO) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ] (Ld < sub> 2 ), [Fe 2 (C 14 H 12 N 2 ) 2 (C 4 O 4 H 2 ) (NO 3 ) 4 (H 2 O) 2 ] (Ld 3 ), [Ni 2 (C < sub> 14 H 12 N 2 ) 2 (C 4 O 4 < / sub> H 2 ) Cl 2 (H 2 O) 2 ] (Ld 4 < / sub>) four fumaric acid bridged binuclear complex [(the NO 3 ) (C 14 H 13 N 2 )] (Le 1 ), [Ag (C 14 H 12 N 2 ) 2 (NO 3 )] (Le 2 ), [Co (C 14 H 12 N 2 ) (NO 3 ) 2 (H 2 O)] (Le 3 ), [Fe (C 14 H 12 N 2 ) (NO 3 ) 2 (H 2 O)] (Le 4 ) four mononuclear complexes where Ld 1 , Ld 2 , Le 1 , Le 2 , Le 3 , Le 4 cultivate a single crystal. Ld3, Ld4 preliminary characterization by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. Studied respectively complexes LD1 Ld3, LE3 interaction with DNA, proved that these three complexes are a good indicator of the biosensor. Of (with) compounds and thermal properties of the the complexes Ld 3 the Ld 4 and its metal complexes and compounds L A1 thermal gravimetric analysis, gives them a thermal analysis curve, and analysis of their thermal stability.
