How to Guide the Effective Exploration with "Promoting Writing by Reading" in High School

With reading and writing to promote reading to write, improving students’ language literacy is the consensus of secondary language education workers. But in teaching practice, the effectiveness of this method is not optimistic. For the lack of long-term reading planning, a lot of students only focus on the quality of reading and neglect the quality of it, resulting in reading can not be effectively transformed into a serious writing ability. This article explores how writing can be generated in reading with the main elements of "what to read" and "How to read" from the confusion of the reality of teaching.According to some common problems exposed in students’ writing, this article points out the importance and necessity of reading, such as strengthening the students’ cultural background, enhancing students’ quality of thinking, improving their aesthetic appreciation and enhancing the feeling of sensitivity. I combine 10 years of secondary language teaching experience, and point out from the operating level that in specific guidance of reading, teachers can consciously train students to accumulate reading materials and can also guide students to copy the writing skills in reading. Meanwhile, this paper is for effective reading materials, which is based on how to respect students, how to achieve the interest in reading, how to broaden students’ horizons in reading, and how to improve the writing test capacity effectively. The final level of students’ writing in high school should be judged by the exam, "what to be read " should be phased, targeted and planned. In addition to classics, the new concept of writing, literature, and other networks can also be recommend to students. With interest, students can "read conscientiously and "write freely". In Grade three, in order to master the standardized writing in examination, reading the works of the examination becomes very necessary."Promoting Reading to writing" is a process. This feature determines it is a long and arduous project. Only with perseverance of students and teachers, will its effectiveness be achieved.
