Pneumatic flow control technology combines the Pneumatic technology and electronic technology, which promotes the development of pneumatic technology, and becomes a hot field to research recently. But the pneumatic technology is a nonlinear system, so how to use a better control theory to get a higher precision of pneumatic flow has become the important field of the pneumatic technology.The thesis introduces the application of computer aided test to the multifunctional pneumatic component test device ,At last the design of the machine structure and electricity of the multifunctional pneumatic component test device are finished , so is the design of the software, which is used to control the gas rate of flow. Because the simple PID controller can not suit the unsteady change of the gas, we applied fuzzy control theory, used the fuzzy PID controller to improve the precision of the gas flow control. The error and the change rate of the error are acted as the input parameter of the controller, which is indicated as the continuous function, in order to satisfy the demand well. Combining the experience of the gas flow control, we design the fuzzy control relation form and use the software Mathlab to make the simulate. Depending on the simulate’s result, it is good to see that the fuzzy PID controller can make a good perform on improving the dynamic function and the precision of the pneumatic flow control system. Now accompanying with the development of science and technology, high intelligence and high-precision machining will increase high demand of the pneumatic technology development. So the research on the pneumatic flow control has the important meanings on both the theory research and the project implying.
