With the rapid growth of the middle distillate demand , the production of existing oil processing technology has been difficult to meet the strong market demand . Therefore , the yield of middle distillates technology research in recent years has been widespread concern, hydrocracking much attention . The industrial use of the Y -type zeolite as the selectivity of middle distillate hydrocracking catalyst of the active ingredient is not satisfactory. The main purpose of this paper is the use of organic ligand reaction further modification of the Y zeolite structure , in order to improve the selectivity of middle distillate hydrocracking , the purpose of the yield of middle distillates . In this thesis, the organic ligand reaction were investigated as pH, reaction temperature, liquid to solid ratio , reaction time , concentration and liquid dealumination agent compared to the structure and properties of molecular sieve . The study results showed that the pH , reaction time, temperature, liquid-solid ratio the dealumination agent concentration and fluid compared to other factors have an impact on the structure of the sample , wherein the pH value of the reaction temperature , reaction time and concentration on the dealumination agent structure , and there is an optimal value . Modified molecular sieve hole surface area and pore volume increased to reduce the amount of acid , the acid strength increases . In order to improve the degree of crystallinity of the modified molecular sieve was added to the modified solution NH4F . The results showed that the NH4F added can effectively improve the degree of crystallinity of the modified molecular sieve . Modified Y Zeolite as cracking component made ??of a hydrocracking catalyst in 100ml hydrocracker the hydrocracking reactor performance evaluation . The results showed that NH4Y modified for cracking component of the catalyst is high selectivity to middle distillates than with the modified USY catalyst cracking component and the hole larger surface area than the modified Y molecular sieve catalyst prepared in middle distillates the high selectivity and high ratio of industrial catalysts .
