SKR-4DQ winding machine is the newly developed products of certain enterprises , the noise is too large for the winding machine use , high speed , strong vibration affect the stability of the product quality problem analysis software Cosmosworks main winding machine components - the headstock, the vibration modal analysis , and on the basis of structural optimization design goal is to improve the fundamental frequency . Firstly Solidworks build three-dimensional model of the headstock , integrated in Solidworks Cosmosworks system analysis software , and then take advantage of mesh quality analysis of spindle box , resonant modal analysis , and on this basis , further spindle box size alone optimization and synthesis optimization , and made ??some very meaningful conclusions . Modal analysis to identify the first 10 - order resonance modes of the spindle box and the corresponding vibration frequency, found the cabinet stiffness weak parts ; through the respective dimensions of the sensitivity of the analysis of the casing , and is determined to be out of the sensitivity of the respective dimensions by the resonance ; the main dimensions of the optimal value is determined by the size of the integrated optimization . And spindle box in the case of mass increased by 21.1 % , the fundamental frequency from the original structure 788.02Hz to optimized 1224.8Hz , a 55.4% increase , to achieve the purpose of optimizing the design requirements for the winding further improvement of the machine spindle speed to create the conditions , at the same time , using ANASYS finite element method analysis of the the spindle box model before and after improved harmonic response results show that optimized to achieve a predetermined goal . Mesh quality analysis conclusion of the headstock , the main dimensions of the sensitivity analysis results and trend curve , can provide a valuable reference for the design work for the future generations .
