In this thesis, hydraulic technology based on the classification, structure and characteristics of the oil and gas suspension . The hydrocarbon the hydrocarbon suspension spring is an important part of it is the elastic member of the inert gas as a medium , the gas between the piston and the introduction of fluid pressure medium as an intermediate transfer . In this paper, a rough design , describes the structure and working principle of the oil and gas spring . On this basis , the reference the existing engineering vehicles oil and gas spring suspension technology , setting the system functional requirements and calculated structure size . Nonlinear mathematical model based on the real gas state equation , orifice flow and thermodynamic first law theory and the establishment of oil and gas spring cylinder . MATLAB / SIMULINK software to build oil and gas spring simulation platform , oil and gas spring cylinder displacement characteristics , speed characteristics , nonlinear stiffness and damping characteristics , simulation and analysis of the excitation parameters , structural parameters and operating parameters of the oil and gas spring characteristics . Considering the oil and gas spring nonlinear factors from both static and dynamic performance analysis , summed up the main factors affecting the oil and gas spring characteristics , provide a reference for the design research .
