Digital curve can be regarded as the geometry a discrete signal; the image space discretization, digital image; 3D geometric model can be viewed as a series of discrete points of non-stationary signals. Geometric signal processing techniques for surface reconstruction and development of CAD technology has great significance. After the brief introduction to Fourier analysis and wavelet analysis, this article analyzes the lack of both in the treatment of non-stationary signals, which introduces local wave analysis. Analysis of the local wave is a new non-stationary and nonlinear signal analysis method, it will be a complex non-stationary signals gradually broken down into a number of different characteristic scales smooth data layer superimposed trend items, so that when the - frequency at the same time local, self-adaptive, the singular signal processing results of pollution control in the minimum range. Digital curve is a discrete non-stationary signals, local wave analysis is applied to the digital curve smoothing, after the local wave analysis biodegradable high-frequency components of the digital curve, reconstructed signal obtained curve fairing digital.
