In recent decades , the incentive problems of the modern enterprise has been one of the academia and industry wide attention and focus on the problem . The incentive system to enhance the cohesion , improve staff morale and job performance , and thus bring better benefits to the enterprise . However, since the separation of ownership and operation of a modern enterprise , academia and industry are the modern enterprise incentive to focus on material incentives as the main way of equity incentive . For non- material incentives , both in theory and practice , and will be placed in a secondary position , which will not only affect the integrity of the incentives , but also weaken the effect of the implementation of material incentives . Non - material incentives for mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff , the initiative has a good effect , but also conducive to corporate health and long-term development , has a vital role for the development of the enterprise . First modern enterprise as the research object to study the characteristics of the institutional incentive model as well as the drawbacks as a secondary research object , and then a special material incentives Organization - Draft fans Organization Draft fans through research organization in the absence of material incentives behavior analysis Intangible incentives designed to provide a new way of thinking for the non-material incentives of the modern enterprise . This paper is divided into four parts , the first part starting from the theory , learning through literature review and understand the theory of modern enterprise management incentive theory and organizational behavior theory ; second part of the departure from the modern enterprise system , focusing on the separation of ownership of the modern enterprise system characteristics and incentive model, as well as analysis of the excitation modes exist ; third part starting from the the draft fans organizational behavior characteristics , through the study of this incentive model without remuneration organizations find motivating factor ; part IV by contrast , a reference to the analysis of the reference value of the incentive in the the draft fans organization organizational behavior , and non- material incentives of the modern enterprise to make some suggestions .
