With the deepening of China's reform and opening up , the full liberalization of financial markets gradually form a pattern , various forms of ownership banks vied for the national market , and its talent localization strategy is bound to exacerbate the financial battle for talent . Operates as a financial market for many years, has a large number of state-owned commercial banks mature talent become the object types of banks compete for talent . As a branch of Bank of China T increased significantly in recent years, brain drain , research staff mobility problems, identify appropriate measures to maintain and develop the T branch core competitiveness of the key challenges . In this context , the loss of talent to analyze the situation , has a very important practical significance. In this paper, the theory of human resource management to elaborate , drawing on the West based on the theory of brain drain , combined with the questionnaire , through T branch personnel situation and the situation of staff turnover over the years data analysis , summed up the inclination of the line features of brain drain , analyze the main reasons for the brain drain of the line , and according to the bank in recent years, the practice of human resource management practices proposed to keep people , we must adhere to the \three -building , through the strengthening of incentive and restraint , staff training, and reasonable treatment of employees as well as to enhance the enterprise to create a family atmosphere and other measures that could better realize their own value and T Bank employees grow together , but also important for the sustainable development of the line of talent support . Innovation of this paper is to foreign mature brain drain model and the specific cultural background of the Bank of China combine research , empirical analysis of the causes of brain drain and human resources according to the Bank of China put forward practical experience of reform under the stage direction of reform and measure.
