In recent years China’s rapid growth for civil air transport, civil aviation need to increase security efforts. For the China’s civil aviation and the complex space, we need to establish a more reliabler system of air traffic control automation system.Based on the EUROCAT of the ATM system on Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou area, according to analysing the system’s hardware and software structure and functions, to understand the special requirement of air traffic control automation system and design, to proposed a stable and reliable system architecture solutions.Focused on the analysis of system architecture, system architecture to ensure stability of the entire system, an important means of safe and reliable. This article introduces the concept of middleware technology, which plays a connecting link in the system the key role, so that the upper application from the tedious details of communication from them, focus on good functional business.EUROCAT-X of ATC system is built on UBSS the middleware platform of business applications, according the functional analysis of UBSS middleware for the system of how efficient and robust framework.Focus on three key functional of designing middleware platform. First, inter-process communication(IPC) module, using TCP, UDP technology, because the module reusability strong design a communication mechanism to ensure reliable communication lines and stability. The second is a system monitoring module is mainly based on SNMP protocol, SNMP agent on the design and development, through the network can be hardware and application monitoring and management, increase system extension line. Middleware in the system eventually take the most important part, distributed memory database, we will study the characteristics of the distributed database, understand the practical applications of design and logic design. By UBSS analysis, we easily see that our middleware application system development and the characteristics of the design process.
