Residents of children's hair trace elements of scientific research will release 13 elements normal reference range of standard groups, respectively, t test or analysis of variance, analysis of covariance and multivariate linear regression analysis, comparing preschool children hair lead, cadmium preschoolers growth and development, such as calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, copper between the different levels of group differences. All study subjects Spearman correlation analysis showed that preschoolers hair lead height and IQ was negatively correlated, hair cadmium and height and the IQ was negatively correlated with the high incidence of calcium group the hair calcium height and weight were positively correlated, hair iron, height and IQ positively correlated, high hair zinc group of hair zinc height and IQ was positively correlated with the high incidence of the selenium group selenium height was positively correlated with the high incidence of copper hair copper and height and weight group were positively correlated. Multiple linear analysis shows, hair lead and cadmium hair on the limit when the hair lead and hair cadmium than the reference value, the main factors to affect of preschoolers height and IQ, and also found that cord blood calcium and preschoolers Height, weight IQ is related. To be other studies to further explore the biological mechanisms of growth and development of preschool children about the toxic elements such as lead, cadmium and nutritional elements such as calcium, iron, zinc, copper and selenium.
