The appraisal is a modern human resources management and development of key research to solve the problem, the regiment the following cadre appraisal is an important part of the army grassroots cadres education management which is also a major problem in the armed forces personnel in the engineering construction. Our army is the people's army under the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China, and how to establish and improve the science fair, concise and easy to follow appraisal mechanism and system, not only related to personnel selection, the combat effectiveness of major issues, but also directly affect the nature and purpose of the people's army achieve. Our military appraisal of cadres in various historical periods are very seriously, accumulated invaluable experience in the the Jianjun course of the decades, these historical experience of maintaining a vibrant and progressive contingent of cadres, played to a crucial role. Under the new historical conditions, inherit and carry forward the fine tradition at the same time, must be keenly aware of: I Corps the following cadre appraisal system and army building in the new period of not meet the requirements, do not dovetail with the development of modern human resource management practices, coordinated with the pace of construction projects of military personnel issues, has become increasingly prominent. The targeting of military cadres appraisal described system, under the premise of the history, try to combine work practices, to study angle from systems science, management and organizational behavior, and the status of the regiment cadre appraisal analysis, trying to identify the main problems, and analyze problems. The same time, a comparative study of the similarities and differences between the Chinese and foreign military cadres appraisal at efforts to seek the foreign militaries management experience to draw on improving the work of the military cadre appraisal. Analysis concluded that, from a professional, consider any separation, to improve the content standard system, improve assessment methods, and establish personal statement mechanisms of complaint and the results of the public, to improve and strengthen the group following cadre appraisal work, comments and suggestions . Finally, around the practicality and operability of the appraisal, the evaluation of the Armed Police Force about the group the following assessment of cadres time practice and exploration - cadres competent grading system introduced a comprehensive analysis of the results achieved by this work, there problems as well as to future work in this area has brought inspiration to the study and improvement of some gain. Take a realistic approach, from a practical point of view, this work analysis and argumentation, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions will definitely play a positive role in promoting the improvement work.
