Study of the Management and Incentive Mechanism of University Counselors in China
College tutors are university teachers' team and management team is an important part of the college students' healthy growth plays an important role in colleges and universities, but also the steady development of solid foundation. Strengthening our country college counselor management, establish and perfect our country college counselor management incentive mechanism, is the current relevant national education administrative departments, is an important task to solve our college counselor management of the existing problems in effective way, is to adhere to the people-oriented, objective requirement to implement the scientific concept of development. This paper from the university counselor meanings, this paper introduces the development course of counselor system and incentive mechanism related theory. Then, combining the current situation of headteachers' construction in colleges and universities in China is analyzed, and the imperfect management incentive mechanism problems and reasons, and put forward the further establish and perfect our country's college counselor management incentive mechanism of the specific measures.
