With the scientific, technical and socio-economic development , vocational education has become an important mode of personnel training , vocational education has been developed as an important part of higher education . Vocational special education , and employment-oriented training model for teachers of vocational colleges to put forward new tasks and challenges . In this paper the analysis of teacher competency vocational colleges problems , through the analysis of the vocational teacher competency , the establishment of a vocational teacher competency model , for vocational teacher recruitment , training , assessment peers and career planning and provide the theoretical basis and support , and provide reference for vocational teachers of their own competency evaluation . Thesis Event Interview and questionnaire , a core competency of classified through a statistical analysis of the raw data , the competency of vocational teachers and the establishment of a vocational teacher competency model . The main conclusions of this thesis for : vocational teacher competency model includes eight core competency of 30 competency . 8 core competency as a good psychological quality , personal influence , professional knowledge and skills , classroom teaching skills , social skills , career accomplishment and communication skills , self-development and creativity, organization and management and coordination skills .
