The Research and Design of System Integration Framework Based on Agent

Modern command and control system is composed of lots of complex and big sub-systems, so in order to make it work correct and effectively, it is needed to integrate all the sub-system into one to make full use of the abilities and functions of each sub-system, using information integration technologies. At present, the problems that the military electronic information systems are facing are how to share data and information, and also service among all kinds of sub-systems of each kinds of army; what’s worse, it is lack of a common standard and norm of development.By making detailed research on agent and information system integration technologies, this paper are trying to introduce the characteristic of Agent, such as autonomy , proactivity , social ability , intelligence into information integration system to resolve the problems that traditional methods of component model and composition mechanism are difficult to handle.First, this paper introduces basic concept and technology of Agent, placing more emphasize on the characteristic it has. Then, it focuses on the basic Agent model and updated technologies, and give a comment on the benefit of the Agent technology. Next, it make some research on the key technologies of system integration, such as architecture, software component model and collaboration protocol. More, we also make some research on legacy system wrapping technology.After making prepared foundation research, this paper finally design and implement a system integration platform. It uses distributed software bus architecture, and wrapped the legacy system into an functional component with agent model which has some proactivity and automation to provide services for others. By introducing the CRC(capability register center) to provide directory service to whole system ,it make service request transparency and service-matched automated. Finally, it provided all kinds of level services by functional agent and task agent to meet client requirement.
