Carassius aurutus in Qihe River belong to osteichthyes,cypriniformes,cyprinidae, carassius jarocki, which is natural triploidy gynogenesis crucian and produced in Henan province. It is long famous for its rapid growth, excellent taste and high benefits with rosy prospect. Because of these unique features of Carassius aurutus in Qihe River, lots of scholars are interested in the research of its morphology, evolution genetics, molecular genetics and so on. This research adopts the multivariate statistics analysis methods and RAPD technique to make the comparative studies on the morphology and molecular genetics features among Carassius aurutus in Qihe River and the other three kind of crucians,talking about the genetics evolution and relationship in order to offer the devices for the germplasm identification and breeding in morphology and DNA molecular level.1 Morphology comparison among Carassius aurutus in Qihe River and the other three kind of crucians.It adopts three multivariate statistics analysis methods, which is cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, principal component analysis. We do the comparative studies on countable, scalability and frame morphological trait of the four colonies such as Carassius aurutus in Qihe River, Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River, the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River, the Carassius aurutus in the North Grand Canal River, which are all in the two river system of Yellow River and the Haihe River.The results indicate :(1) The mean value of the fish scales above or below the lateral line and the anal fin number of the Carassius aurutus in Qihe River are all higher than the other three colonies obviously, and its average number is lower than the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River; The Carassius aurutus in Qihe River is dominant on its thickness of body, length of dorsal fin and trunk , length and height of trailer obviously, meanwhile it has severe disadvantage in the length of anal fin,the size of the head and the height of the body; Close relationship exists in the Carassius aurutus in Qihe River and the Carassius aurutus in the North Grand Canal River, so does the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River and Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River. Compared with the Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River, the Carassius aurutus in Qihe River has a closer relationship with the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River, and it owns more obvious specificities in morphological than the other three colonies. The Carassius aurutus in Qihe River has more unique germplasm features all the same, which does not suffer server influence from the exotic germplasm . (2)In the analysis of the morphological difference, the countable trait, the scalability trait and the frame construction shows the morphological difference among the different Carassius aurutus in different point of view. ,so each of them is essential and cannot be substituted each other. The morphological difference of the carassius in research represents mainly in the vertical axis direction in the trunk of the body ,so it should adopt the morphological feature indicator with this scope as its key point.2 RAPD analysis among Carassius aurutus in Qihe River and the other three kind of cruciansIt adopts 25 primers to make the RAPD amplified at the same reaction to the DNA of Carassius aurutus in Qihe River, Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River, the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River, the Carassius aurutus in the Pengze River .The results indicates that(1)The DNA fragment that are amplified by the 11 primers is clear and can be repeated well. is1417, Carassius aurutus in Qihe River has a special fragment in the length of 1100bp;In the primer opj8,the second appears with the length of 1250bp and 1350bp;In the amplified production by the primer opq20,it has another one in the length of 800bp.The four fragments all have the group-specifics, so it can be the molecule markers for the verification of the four kind of crucians.(2)The diversity index of Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River was 0.1126,and was the biggist,with the highest heterozygosity,then came the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River of 0.1124,the Carassius aurutus in Pengze River of0.1048,and the Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River of 0.1015(3)Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River and the Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River has the closest genetic distance, which is 0.2367;Carassius aurutus in Qihe River and Carassius aurutus in Pengze River has the larger distance, which is 0.5887;Carassius aurutus in Qihe River, Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River and Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River has the medium distance, which is 0.553 and 0.4589.Carassius aurutus in Qinhe River and Carassius aurutus in Jindihe River is closer while Carassius aurutus in Qihe River is to be independent relatively.
