Containing carboxy methyl sulfone temporary water solubility of disperse dye, mainly used for dyeing and printing of polyester fiber. At the time of application, can save ordinary disperse dye sanding operation and dispersant, save energy, improve labor productivity, and can be mixed with reactive dyes for polyester/cotton one bath dyeing, the application is very convenient. These dyes, after twenty years research, the chromatography has been basically complete. Increase molecular complexity in this paper, by introducing a benzene ring, was synthesized by high temperature and high pressure dyeing at dragon's good dye and dyeing. According to the intermediates containing water-soluble groups at the same time, to develop "one pot method" synthesis of dye. Nitrosyl sulfuric acid is studied diazotization reaction such as the dosage of sulfuric acid concentration on the influence of the coupling reaction yield. And study of cyaniding conditions of dye, reduces the dosage of cyanide agent. Twenty dyestuff was synthesized. Complexing catalytic mechanism of cyanide is put forward. And use the computer to calculate the possibility of this mechanism in space. Use the calculation method for the design of light structure dyes in exhaust dyeing properties in high temperature high pressure dyeing now explained why.
