Objective: To investigate the tumor necrosis factor (Tumor necrosis factor , TNF) and interferon (Interferon, IFN) cytotoxicity of normal skeletal muscle cells , to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of clinical bone malignancy . : Primary cultured the Wister rat skeletal muscle cells as target cells , using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium blue test (MTT) tumor necrosis factor , interferon two cytokines and their mixed medication in different concentrations and normal skeletal muscle cell growth in a different time . Results: TNF in the concentration range of 500 ~ u/ml-16000 ~ u / ml from the normal skeletal muscle cell growth inhibition, the maximum inhibitory rate in the 8000 ~ u / ml concentration . IFN from normal skeletal muscle cells growth promotion, proliferation, cell proliferation rate in the 2000 ~ u / ml concentration . TNF IFN from normal skeletal muscle cells growth promotion, proliferation, cell proliferation rate in the 500 ~ u / ml concentration . Conclusion: TNF on normal skeletal muscle cell growth inhibition of IFN can promote the growth of normal skeletal muscle cells and proliferative effects , TNF and IFN combination can significantly reduce TNF inhibit the growth of normal skeletal muscle cells , improve immunity provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of bone cancer .
