The Control Technologies on Persistent Calys Fruit and Roughbark Fruit of Korla Fragrant Pear

In the present dissertation, the effects on Korla Fragrant Pear’s set fruit rate, calyx dropping fruit rate, shape of fruit and fruit quality by using different plant growth regulators and compound reagent M were studied in 2008-2009 year. At the same time, the roughbark control technologies of Korla Fragrant Pear by spraying calcium fertilizer, and its effects on the enzyme activity and changes in the lignin content during the fruit developing were investigated in May to August. The results showed:1. Treat with GA3、PP333 and ABA could increased the set fruit rate of Korla Fragrant Pear, PP333、KT and ETH could increased calyx dropping fruit rate of Korla Fragrant Pear in early-flowering to anthesis. Treat with NAA in anthesis could increased Single fruit weight and soluble solid content, declined fruit rigidity. ABA、IAA、IB A and KT in anthesis could decreased the Single fruit weight, increase soluble solid content. Treat with GA3, the shape index of fruit and was significantly higher than CK. Each treatment in late-flowering could diminished the shape index of fruit, but it is not any improving effect on fruit quality. There was non-significant difference of leaf chlorophyll contents of Korla Fragrant Pear after used some plant growth regulator on it. Fruit chlorophyll a contents and chlorophyll a/b was declined with the deepening of fruit color, and the photosynthetic efficiency was also dropped simultaneously.2. The set fruit rate, treatments with M in anthesis, was significantly higher than PBO and CK. There were significantly higher rates of calyx dropping fruit rate, Pseudo Maternal Pear and Morphological Maternal Pear after using M and PBO. The best time of calyx dropping of Korla Fragrant Pear is anthesis. Treated with M1 and PBO could increase the single fruit weight and soluble solid contents, decreased the shape index of fruit and inhibited the growth of carpopodium. Treated with M1 could increase the ratio of solid-acid and lower titration acid contents, and the calyx dropping fruit rate, single fruit weight and fruit quality were higher than PBO. There were significant difference of stone cell contents (0.25-0.5 mm) and sum contents of Korla Fragrant Pear after used M on it, but there were non-significant difference of it after used PBO. There were non-significant difference of stone cell contents (>0.5 mm) after used M but significantly higher of it after used PBO.3. The activities of polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and peroxidase(POD) reached the highest level and then decreased gradually with the fruit developing, there was a activity peak by the end of May to early June. Treated with GA3 could increase the activities of PPO and POD. In the early development stage of the fruit, the activities of Phenylalanine hydroxylase(PAL) was high and then decreased gradually with the fruit developing. The activity of Catalase(CAT) was high at early stage, and then descended gradually with the fruit developing. Activity variation of CAT was significant influence by rain and water.Activities of PPO, POD and lignin content were lower than control after used Calcium. Enzymes and lignin content decreased gradually with the fruit developing.4. The rough degree about rough fruit which devided according to the whole appearance, The Single fruit weight, fruit rigidity, titration acid contents, stone cell contents and tannin contents were increased gradually, and the soluble solid contents, the soluble sugars contents, solid-acid ratio and Vc contents were decreased gradually with the inceased of rough degree. The soluble sugars content of pulp was higher, but the organic acid content was lower than near pit. The stone cell contents (>0.5 mm) and fruit rigidity of rough fruit was significant higher than normal, but there was no obvious change tendency with the inceased of rough degree about calyx of fruit.5. Treat with Ca2+ between May to August could decreased the rate of rough fruit increased the rate of normal fruit, and treat with Ca2+between May to June, the effect was best.
