Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF) and 80% of terrestrial plant symbiosis, the formation of arbuscular mycorrhizal ( the arbuscular mycorrhiza AM ) mycorrhizal structures plexus branching in the root mycorrhizal structure outside the root for a large number of hyphae and spores . The formation of a large number of hyphae can increase the plant roots and soil contact area , the promotion of plant nutrient absorption , promote plant growth. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can infect the legume Amorpha ( Amorpha fruticosa L. ) , the formation of arbuscular mycorrhizal structure ; Rhizobium ( rhizobia ) could infect Amorpha nodule formation structure ; three symbiotic the formation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi - Amorpha - Rhizobium triple symbiotic relationship . The test of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Amorpha fixing ability . Test measured Amorpha nitrogenase activity in the rhizosphere soil urease activity , nitrate reductase activity , soil and plant N content , Amorpha biomass , arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and Rhizobium infection Amorpha spatial and temporal changes in other indicators . The results showed that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi treatment, the double - arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and Rhizobium processing nitrogenase activity were lower than the single Rhizobium inoculation . Double arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and Rhizobium processing urease, nitrate reductase activity was significantly higher than that of the control and single inoculation . The measurement results on the the Amorpha plants and soil nitrogen content , indicating that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can enhance the Amorpha the nitrogen-fixing capacity . Test results show that the double - arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobia can promote the the Amorpha growth , better than the control treatment in seedling height , root length and plant fresh weight aspect . By optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy to prove arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi as early as Rhizobium infection Amorpha arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobia can be grown in the same parts of the Amorpha roots . The test for the role of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the biological nitrogen fixation has laid a theoretical basis , the in improving legume nitrogen-fixing capacity , improve crop yields and reduce the amount of fertilizer has a certain practical significance .
