Study on traits genetic variation of yield, agronomies, drought-resistance and compatibility of distant hybridizing between B.napus and India Rorippa,the results showed:the first,good compatibility lies in the distant hybridizing betweenB. napus and India Rorippa,but different from parents’genotypes. The pollen grain can stick on style of B.napus, and growing, which may be very significant different from parents.The compatibility-index and pod percentage of Fis were much lower than inbreeding of parents’,and very significant correlative to parents, but not different on hybridizing-date.The second,drought-resistance of generations was able to enhance significant-ly with gene transferring of India Rorippa. In the drought-sress,drought-resistance of generations enhances much more than parents, such as Emergence rate and yield, as well as the yield-abilities were super-parent separating and continuous standard normal distribution.However, drought resistance coefficient was one of the more typical,simpler and efficient ways for appreciating fact drought-resistance abilities, and very correlative to and and impacted greatly by plant-pod,1000-seed weight and plant-yield, which were the three important factors deciding drought-resistance abilities of B.napus.The third, rich resource of genetic variation could be innovated and enhanced by distant hybridization between B.napus and India Rorippa. The morphological and resistant traits were varied, such as B.napus leafs, detective leafs and peking cabbage types, which like mother or father parents, or middle, low and many branches types. Many stronger nutritious growing plants and reproductive growing plants were in the generations. The genetic of leaf typical marking trait was controlled by an allele, and detective leaf character was dominant character. At the time, some generations have strong Sclerotinia Sclerotiotum (Lib.) de Bary-resistant and boron-efficient.Finally, The results showed, the populations’traits of agronomy and yield were made greatly progress through distant hybridizing between B.napus and India Rorippa, but quality was made weaker than parents. And the agronomies and yield characters of B.napus s generations were significantly best than their parents and the detective leafs populations.That’s just what I was thinking, the good genes of India Rorippa can be transferred by distant hybridizing between B.napus and India Rorippa, and the genetic base was broadened, which supplied good theoretical and test proofs for rape germplasm innovating.
