Heat flow measurements are thermal measurement of the difficulties , especially transient heat flow is measured thermal testing has not been resolved. Therefore, the development of transient heat flow meter to fill the transient heat flow measurements in some gaps. Transient heat flow meter in the building and aerospace industry has a wide range of industrial applications. Based on the comprehensive review based on the results of previous work , learn from foreign experience in the production and research , the use of thin-film technology on a quartz substrate sputtering of copper, nickel and silicon dioxide film , forming a thin film flow meter . The film flow meter is composed of 28 of the thermocouple thermopile , the size of 38 × 22mm ~ 2, the overall thickness is 1mm. In this paper, an advanced data acquisition system and computer technology , the use of absolute and relative Combination method calibration method for the production of heat flow meter was calibrated to determine the heat - thermoelectric power curve. On this basis, the film flow meter for the steady-state response test and transient response testing , and with overseas results were compared , the results show that the heat flow meter in response to a speed faster, lower in sensitivity . For non-linear calibration curve , the paper conducted a preliminary study . Meanwhile, the film flow meter tests error analysis , draw some useful conclusions .
