Mineral nutrient elements in the life processes of the crop assume an important role in protein, vitamins and other organic matter, they can not be synthesized in plants, must be absorbed from the ambient medium, and most of the mineral nutrient elements from the soil, so the soil study migration and mineral nutrients in crop variation modification and adjustments adverse soil environment, to improve the production environment, optimize the planting structure, to achieve the advantages of efficient modern agriculture sustainable development needs. This study main research Dazeshan grapes, Lacey Chinese peach, Laoshan tea three famous special agricultural products, Qingdao City, and effective state of soil, soil, crop plants and fruit mineral nutrient elements were measured. Soil samples indicators B, Co, Cu, F, Mn, Mo, N, P, S, Sb, Se, Sr, Zn, SiO2, A12O3, Fe2O3, MgO, CaO, Na2O, K2O 21, the valid state in the soil, and The plant samples indicator B, Cu, Fe, Mo, Mn, Zn, N, P, K, Ca and Mg. The results show that: the soil major elements of the study area has a high Sr, K, Na, low Fe, CA, Mg of the main features of the individual elements Cu content exceeds the normal range of the natural world. Soil and effective state Mo, Mn, B content is slightly lower, Cu, Fe, Zn, N, P, K, CA, Mg content is higher, is conducive to the growth of crops, but the distribution is extremely uneven. Effective state of Cu, Zn, N, P, K topsoil highest, the lowest in the deep soil, this feature is very obvious and widespread, reflecting the obvious signs of human activities in the three different plantations. Compared with the soil available mineral nutrients in biological enrichment factor is very high, especially N elements, are very high enrichment in the roots, branches, fruit or tea. Correlation analysis, the vast majority of mineral elements in the soil available and plant tissue content of some positive correlation trend, a small number of elements is manifested negatively correlated or uncorrelated, the whole plant on soil nutrient elements the absorption with the main positive, but its correlation elements due to the difference in species, there are some differences. The most mineral nutrient elements easier enriched in the leaves, and its content is much higher than other parts of the element content in plants, a small amount of mineral nutrient elements are concentrated in the roots, branches, fruit. Correlation analysis, there is a good correlation between the selected crop roots, branches, leaves the element content. Most of the elements in the fruit and roots, branches, leaves the element is not obvious, or even a negative correlation.
