Objective: To study Renshenbaihu Decoction alloxan diabetic rat model , the objective of the experimental and theoretical basis for clinical application and further research the Renshenbaihu Decoction . Methods: Male SD rats , alloxan 200mg/kg intraperitoneal injection modeling . Randomized experimental group Renshenbaihu Decoction decoction concentrate , low-dose gavage the control group to Jiangtangling gavage , for 15 consecutive days . Detection of blood glucose , C-peptide , total cholesterol , triglycerides , serum immunoglobulin IgG , IgM and spleen weight . Results: 1 , Renshenbaihu Decoction can only significantly reduce the blood sugar of diabetic rats , but two hours after fasting C-peptide and glucose-stimulated C-peptide secretion was not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ) and phenformin . However, high doses of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve fasting C-peptide / glucose ratio , the effect is much better than phenformin ( P <0.05 ) in rats . , Renshenbaihu Decoction can only significantly reduce rat serum triglycerides , total cholesterol , better than the control drug ( P <0.05 ) . 3 , Renshenbaihu Decoction can only significantly increase serum immunoglobulin IgG , IgM content (P <0.001), increased spleen weight ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion: Renshenbaihu Decoction to effectively hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering , improve immune function , better therapeutic effect on diabetes , and is superior to the control group .
