Ferulic acid (ferulic acid, FA) has antioxidant and anti-cancer biological activity, widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. Ferulic acid is the strong polar water-soluble substances, limiting its application in the oil substances, ferulic acid with some fat-soluble molecules, increasing the lipophilicity of ferulic acid to expand its scope of application . In this thesis, in non-aqueous media, domestic Aspergillus niger lipase and Danish Novozymes Novozym 435 lipase as a catalyst, to study the factors that affect the lipase-catalyzed synthesis of ferulic acid oleyl. The main results are as follows: iso-octane (single organic solvent) as the reaction medium, when Aspergillus niger lipase concentration of 0.1 g / mL, a temperature of 60 ° C, the the molecular sieves concentration of 5 mg / mL acid molar ratio of 1: 6:00 ferulic acid conversion was 99.2%. In the the isooctane / butanone (two organic solvent) mixed system, when the temperature is 60 ℃, acid and alcohol molar ratio of 1:8, the zeolite dosage of 5 mg / mL, Aspergillus niger lipase dosage of 0.2 g / mL when , the conversion rate was 97.6%; mixed system of cyclohexane / methyl ethyl ketone (two organic solvents), the temperature is 60 ℃, acid and alcohol molar ratio of 1:8, and the the molecular sieve dosage of 5 mg / mL, Aspergillus niger lipase an amount of 0.25 g / mL, the conversion was 91%. In the isooctane / [Hmim] [PFB] (3:1, v / v) mixed system (organic solvent / ionic liquid) as the reaction medium, when the A. niger lipase concentration of 0.375 g / mL, the molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1:8, ferulic acid concentration was 0.05 mmol / mL, the temperature was 60 ° C when the volume of oleyl alcohol esters of ferulic acid in a yield of 13.1 mg / mL. [Hmim] [PF6] (pure ionic liquid) as the reaction medium, when the concentration of Aspergillus niger lipase as 0.267 g / mL, ferulic acid concentration of 0.08 mmol / mL, a temperature of 60 ° C, the volume of product in a yield of 4.51 mg / mL. Mixed system (organic solvent / ionic liquid) the isooctane / [Hmim] [PF6] (3:1, V / V), when the lipase Novozym 435 concentration of 75 mg / mL, acid and alcohol molar ratio of 1: 4, ferulic acid concentration was 0.08 mmol / ml, a temperature of 60 ° C when the volume of the product in a yield of 48.5 mg / mL; isooctane / [0mim] [PF6] (3:1, V / V) ( the mixed system of the organic solvent / liquid ion), When Novozym 435 concentrations for the 75 mg / ml acid alcohol molar ratio of 1:4, the ferulic acid concentration of 0.05 mmol / mL, when the temperature of 60 ° C, the product volume yield for 26.92mg/mL. [Bmim] [Tf2N] (pure ionic liquid) as the reaction medium, Novozym 435 concentration of 160 mg / mL, the temperature is 60 ℃, shaking speed of 200 rpm, the volume of the product yield of 105.7 mg / mL; [BMIM] [PF6] (purely ionic liquid) system, Novozym 435 concentration of 200 mg / mL, the temperature is 60 ℃, shaking speed of 200 rpm, the volume of the product yield of 130.6 mg / mL.
