Ferulic acid (ferulic acid, FA) has antioxidant and anti-cancer biological activity, widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. Ferulic acid is the strong polar water-soluble substances, limiting its application in the oil substances, ferulic acid with some fat-soluble molecules, increasing the lipophilicity of ferulic acid to expand its scope of application . In this thesis, in non-aqueous media, domestic Aspergillus niger lipase and Danish Novozymes Novozym 435 lipase as a catalyst, to study the factors that affect the lipase-catalyzed synthesis of ferulic acid oleyl.
