Objective:Research the influence on nflammatory factors extracted from drainage fluid after the mammary cancer operation with Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction. Explore Modified Buyanghuanwu decoction in mammary cancer perioperative stress response and the role of postoperative rehabilitation process and its mechanism. Methods:Selected 40 patients after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group, use of antibiotics to prevent infection; the treatment group on this basis, plus clothes Modified Buyanghuanwu decoction of Chinese medicine. Observe the patient’s body general situation and situation in the areas of operation, and drainage volume, the total drainage time, and testing different ptints in time (the lth,3th,5 th day) drainage fluid inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) levels were statistically analyzed. Results:1,The 7th day body general situation treatment group beter than the control group (P<0.05). The 5th day situation in the areas of operation,the treatment group better than the control group (P<0.05). The total drainage time of the treatment group is shorter than the control group (P<0.05).The 5th day drainage volume of treatment group less than the control group (P <0.05).2, IL-1(3 values from drainage fluid in the 1st day treatment group and the control group no significant difference (P>0.05),In the 3rd day and the 5th day treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Two group are a gradual downward trend (P<0.05) in the 1st and 3rd day. 3, IL-6 values from drainage of fluid, in the 1st day and the 3rd day, treatment and control groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the 5th day treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The value in the 1st day compared with the 3th day were no significant differences in two group.(P> 0.05), The value in the 5th day was significantly lower than the 1st,3rd day in two group. (P<0.05).4, TNF-a value in lstday, treatment group and the control group no significant difference (P>0.05), in the 3rd day and 5th day,treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). value in the 1st day in both groups with the 3rd day was no significant difference (P>0.05), the 5th day less than the 1st day and the 3rd day (P<0.05). Conclusion:1, Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction can improve the postoperative general condition, surgery areas and to be able to reduce the total drainage time and the drainage volume.2, Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction to surgery area drainage fluid inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) have a certain degree of reduction.
