Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the Asia-Pacific region , and is the third most important cause of death in cancer . Gastric cancer patients with early subclinical , and current detection methods (endoscopy , biopsy ) sensitivity is not high enough , to make gastric cancer has not been effective early diagnosis . Gastric cancer biomarker looking for specific ideas to solve this problem , but has yet to find a sensitive and specific biomarkers . The gastric juice has a strong organ specificity therefrom proteome may find clinical application of early diagnosis of gastric cancer markers can be successfully realized . Objective : In this study, the gastric juice physico-chemical properties ( initial acidity , color ) may be caused by gastric juice proteome gel electrophoresis with style , and this impact and gastric cancer is a preliminary study for the further use of mass spectrometry (MS ) , liquid chromatography (LC) mining gastric juice gastric cancer protein markers in the foundation . Method: 1. Collect process samples , preliminary statistical analysis of the sample information ; 2 . Preliminary analysis of the potential link between the the gastric juices initial acidity and gastric by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) experiments , as well as its possible influencing factors . Results and discussion : the distribution of the sex and age of the gastric cancer samples collected in the experiment in line with the reported data ; 2 . Initial pH value of gastric juice may be related to the anatomical location of gastric cancer ; 3 . Gastric juice samples gel electrophoresis styled by the influence of the initial pH value : the initial pH value of 1 to 2 , by the strip less , more complete separation , and the initial pH value ≥ 6 by strip number is more dense , and some in the former the uniform density appears strip not evident in the latter , or the concentration of large differences . The possible causes of pepsin in alkaline conditions to generate and active suppression , low-abundance protein concentration is not degradation , and gastric cancer or precancerous lesions of the gene expression changes , lead to further change in the protein composition of gastric juice .
