With the rapid development of the network communication, there have been more and more requirements for information security. The existing PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) can no longer meet higher demands for network security. So how to apply Agent to the information security field and construct an information security platform which can realize various kinds of security applications becomes very important.Agent is one of the front research directions of Computer Science especially in Artificial Intelligence field in recent years. An assumption presented in this thesis is about the utility of Agent technology on the establishing an information security platform, which is on the basis of Modern Cryptography theory and Agent technology. For this reason, this thesis also draws up a three-level structure model of information security platform, designs a kind of Agent Script-Protocol describing language, and defines a file format in common use according to the standard of MIME. It accomplishes basically an Agent-Based information security platform on which the static and dynamic applications that based on it are fulfilled. It overcomes the shortcoming that the theoretical research is only emphasized in the past while the combination with practical application is ignored. Through this technology users can not only customize their own security tactics and application protocols but also reach a seamlessly utilization between platform and application. The superiority of the dynamic infrastructure by which communication and cooperation among agents are created is obvious compared with the traditional static one.
