Visualization in city 3D scene is core technique of CyberCity. Information’ s query base on city 3D scene not only provide vision taste for user, make user have geist cognition for city construction, but also make decision-maker, designer and user have more lifelike, impersonal and rational cognition for status in quo of city layout and blueprint of design. So it is significance for the research of city continuable development because visualization in city 3D scene widen the view of city planner, designer and manager, make city planning, base establishment design is more reasonable. In this paper, the technique of Visualization in city scene and information’ s query was research. The main works are as follows:LA OODM (Oriented Object Data Model) for Visualization in city 3D scene and Information’ s query is presented in this paper, according to the characteristic of city space object. With the OODM, the regular object is rebuilt.3. The modeling technique base on images is discussed, and Texture mapping and panoramic image is apply in complex object’ s modeling to rebuild third dimension city scene.4. The algorithm of LOD is summarized. Model and Texture LOD base on viewpoint is used to accelerate the rendering of 3D scene and improve the quality of visualization. The experiment result is stat to explain the efficiency of LOD algorithm.5. In this paper, the BSP and Collision Detection is applied .The BSP is the sure way to achieve visually correct results by sort and render the transparent primitives from back to front. Collision Detection is applied to improve the reality of city scene.?. In this paper, the 00 technique is used to design the DBMS. Firstly, RDS is applied to manage the city attribute data. Secondly, city space data is organized by OODM, and OOL is used to exploit the module of space data manage. Lastly, a OODBMS is achieved for visualization in city 3D and information query system. The city space data and attribute data is managed in the OODBMS.7. In city 3D scene, the spatial and attribute information of object is inquired and some based spatial analysis is achieved.8. A visualization in city 3D scene and Information’ s query system that has powerful function and stable performance is achieved base on algorithm in this paper.
