Based on etiology and pathogenesis created Yin ban zhu yu tang,It does this by clearing away heat detoxification and improving the blood circulation to treat the disease. It can make up for past deficiencies in knowledge. This study used the design, implementation and results of the analysis and interpretation of international standards and other aspects and the effectiveness of randomized controlled trials, Further evaluation Yin ban zhu yu tang’s treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state of clinical efficacy, and explore their standardized treatment programs. For the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state to provide a more scientific treatment. Collection of 60 cases. Treatment with Western medicine for the comparison group, The treating group on the basis of the comparison group plus Yin ban zhu yu tang decoction. After 4 weeks, comparing the before treating and after treating of treating group. And carring out the comparison of symptoms efficacy and disease efficacy of treating group and comparison group after their treatments.Results:①. Treating group’Fbg and D-D changed more significantly than the comparison group’(p<0.05).Conclusions:The generation of children with nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state is close to toxic gule stasis stagnation. From the toxic gule stasis stagnation in Treating children with nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state. Integrated Chinese and Western treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state has a unique advantage, It is worthy of further study and clinical use.
