Methods: 1 February 2009 to November 2009, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, massage department 56 patients with lumbar disc herniation in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the 28 cases, the patients were test items informed consent. 2, the treatment group using warm needle, medicine fumigation treatment, massage and far-infrared radiation cupping therapy, the control group was treated with massage method of treatment. The treatment time for each period of 15 days for a course of treatment, not more than two courses (30 days). 3, before treatment and after treatment of patients with clinical symptoms assessment, two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment in the group, and the comparison of the two groups were. Results: 1, clinical efficacy determination: The total effective rate was 92.9%, total effective rate was 82.1% in the control group, showed no significant difference (P lt; 0.05); treatment group markedly effective rate of 60.7% , compared with 62% of the control group, with significant difference (P lt; 0.05). 2, within each group before and after treatment comparison were significant differences (P lt; 0.01); treatment temperature needle, medicine fumigation treatment, massage and far infrared radiation cupping treatment group and massage group comparison, were significant differences (P lt; 0.05). 3, within each group before and after treatment were significantly different (P lt; 0.01); comparison between the treatment group and the control group group after treatment, significant differences (P lt; 0.05). 4 lumbar disc herniation VAS visual analogue scale score: within each group before and after treatment, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.01; P lt; 0.05); comparison between the treatment group and the control group group after treatment, all with significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: 1, the use of warm needle, medicine fumigation treatment, massage and far-infrared radiation cupping \2, the use of warm needle, medicine fumigation treatment, massage and far-infrared radiation cupping \3, combination therapy is currently the main direction of the conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation, but also improve the efficacy of clinical lumbar disc herniation main research directions.
