Association of AT1R 1166A/C and CYP11B2-344T/C Polymorphisms with Essential Hypertension

Objective: To investigate the angiotensin II-1 receptor (AT1R) 1166A / C and aldosterone synthase (CYP1182)-344T / C polymorphism and essential hypertension. Methods: Using correlation analysis, in strict accordance with the standards in Hunan Han population were randomly selected, of which 100 patients with essential hypertension and normal control 100 cases. Polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (PCR-RFLP) for the two groups of objects AT1R 1166A / C and CYP1182-344T / C polymorphism analysis. Results: normal control group with essential hypertension group AT1R 1166A / C and CYP11B2-344T / C genotype distributions are in line with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (control group, X2 = 0.02, P gt; 0.05; hypertension group X2 = 0.08, P gt; 0.05), selected populations representative. Essential hypertension AT1R 1166A / C AC and C allele frequency than the normal group (X2 = 4.879; 4.796, P were lt; 0.05); essential hypertension blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol value was significantly higher (P all lt; 0.05), while the low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein there was no significant difference (P both gt; 0.05); essential hypertension AT1R 1166A / C each gene General information type, AC genotype blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and other clinical indicators are significantly higher than the AA genotype, while the AC genotype significantly lower high-density lipoprotein AA genotype. Two groups of objects TT CYP11B2 genotypes are most common type, followed by CT type, while the CC genotype at least two groups, but the genotype and allele frequencies was no significant difference (X2 = 0.091; 0.022, P are gt; 0.05). However, within each group is higher than the frequency of allele T allele C (control group: 64.0% vs 36.0%; essential hypertension group: 63.0% vs 37.0%). AT1R 1166A / C and CYP11B2-344T / C joint analysis shows that, compared to AA-TT genotype combination, while carrying AC-TC combined genotype of hypertension increases the risk of disease 2.25 times. Conclusion: in Hunan Han population, AT1R 1166A / C was significantly associated with essential hypertension, CYP11B2-344T / C polymorphism and essential hypertension was no significant correlation, carrying AT1R1166A / C AC genotype and AC- TC genotypes combined population suffering from hypertension disease risk large; AT1R 1166A / C and CYP11B2-344T / C polymorphism may be common to the development of hypertensive disease works, both of which have a synergistic effect.
