Essential hypertension (Essential Hypertension, EH), also known as hypertension, is a systemic arterial pressure increased as the main performance, complex etiology, common cardiovascular diseases that seriously affect human health. EH is currently considered the result of the interaction of genetic, environmental and individual factors, polygenic the development plays a key role. So far, polygenic involved in renal renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system (Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. RAAS), the sympathetic nervous system, endothelial function and signal transduction at least 150 EH candidate genes of the variance. The long-term regulation of blood pressure, kidney - fluid - pressure regulating system, mainly through RAAS on the regulation of renal function, thereby regulating the blood volume and blood pressure. Angiotensinogen (angiotensinogen, AGT) as a precursor the angiotensin (Angiotonin. ANG), the only renin substrate, plasma concentration and blood pressure are closely linked. The AGT gene mutation EH relations already attracted widespread attention. The Dali Bai as a high concentration of ethnic minorities living, has a unique role to factors different from other ethnic groups living environment, eating habits and culture. In this paper, the role of the the Dali Bai crowd AGT gene second exon M235T polymorphism in the pathogenesis of EH, provide an important basis for the further development of EH cause of the disease and its prevention and treatment. [Objective] To investigate the correlation of AGT gene M235T polymorphism and the Dali Bai EH crowd. [Methods] According to the criteria to collect the Dali Bai high blood pressure (Hypertension, HT) group of 141 cases, the normotensive (Normotension NT) group 134 cases. HT group and NT group of people were measured body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose (FSG), plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), serum creatinine (CR), urea (UR), uric acid (UA). MS-PCR (Mutagenically separated polymerase chain reaction) was amplified detection of AGT gene M235T polymorphism genotype (TT, MT and MM genotype) gene sequencing to be verified, and the genotypes of the two study arms and T, M allele frequencies were analyzed statistically. [Results] (1) the the Dali Bai crowd HT group and NT group, TT, MI, MM genotype frequency (TT: X2 = 0.790, P = 0.374; MT: X2 = 1.181, P = 0.277; MM: X2 = 0.120 P0.729) and T M allele frequency (X2 = 0.313, P = 0.576), there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). (2) Bai male HT group TT the MT genotype frequency and T allele frequency and the NT group compared to significant statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). (3) the HT group Bai male, female systolic blood pressure (Systolic blood pressure, SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (Diastolic blood pressure, DBP) compared with the TT genotype male and female MT genotype DBP were significantly higher (P lt ; 0.01). (4) HT group TT, the the MT genotype and T allele-containing Bai male BMI (body mass index, BMI) and NT group compared with significant statistical significance (P lt; 0.01 or 0.05. ). (5) HT group genotype and allele levels of biochemical indicators NT group comparison, the TT the MT genotype and T allele in hypertensive patients blood TC, TG, FSG level showed a significant liters high (P lt; 0.01 or 0.05); blood UR, CR, UA level were tested significantly increased (P lt; 0.01 or 0.05). In addition, the MT genotype hypertension patients with HDL-C levels were significantly lower than normal (P lt; 0.05). [Conclusion] (1) angiotensinogen gene M235T polymorphism may be linked to the Dali Bai primary high blood pressure not closely related to the overall incidence. (2) but the TT the MT genotype and T allele may be associated with the Dali Bai male primary hypertension related. (3) TT the MT genotype and T allele may be associated with the Dali Bai male body mass index, may increase the risk of the development of obesity, hypertension. (4) AGT gene M235T polymorphism Bai hypertensive patients may be susceptible to an important risk factor for coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, diabetes and hypertensive renal damage.
