Research on the Decision-Making Theory of Mine Cooling System and the Technology of Centralized Chilled Water Cooling System

As the depth of mining develops gradually, the disaster of heat is becoming increasingly serious. Following the disasters of roof, gas, fire, dust and water, it has been the sixth largest mining disaster and the constraint of technical bottleneck to the mining safety. So, the treatment of mine heat is indeed an urgent issue.Starting with the heat-harm formation mechanism during deeply mining, firstly the heat conduction, convection and radiation heat dissipation process in underground was discussed in this paper. Then the heat-harm formation mechanism was discussed from both macro and micro perspective, especially the three-phase [solid (coal and rock), liquid (hot water), gas (airflow)] thermal coupling (heat conduction, convection and radiation) function on the significance of micro perspective. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper established the physical and mathematical model of working face airflow velocity field and temperature field with the large-scale finite element analysis software-Fluent. At last, it got the changing laws of airflow velocity attenuation and temperature distribution. On another subject this paper analyzed the mine cooling systems and solutions selection problem which contained founding the index system for evaluating mine refrigeration cooling system and puting forward a new kind of mine refrigeration cooling system optimization and decision method (multi-object decision method). As a result, all of this made such an idea: mine cooling system optimization and decision basing on the expert’s demonstration. Taking Zhaolou coal mine (Heze Energy and Chemical Co. Ltd., Yanzhou Mining Group) for example, the studies were applied to the practice. After determining the underound centralized chilled water cooling system, it was need to research the concrete technique and craft in the main work site (such as working face, chamber and so on). The concrete technique and craft like cold load calculation and working face cold air blast transmission mode and optimization are also contained in this paper. All the research contents may have a certain guiding significance to solve hot problems caused by high temperature in deep mining pit.
