Effect of Qingwen Baidu Decoction on the Expression of NF-κB and the Protection for the Acute Lung Injury Rats

Objective To observe Qingwen Baidu drink on LPS-induced acute lung injury in nuclear factor-κB expression in rat lung tissue and serum cytokines IL-1β and work in the L-13 content to explore Qingwenbaiduyin drink role in the treatment of ALI and intervention mechanisms. Method 1. Selected 144 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, n = 24, respectively, for the normal control group, model group, prednisone group and Qingwenbaiduyin drink large, small dose group. Intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide solution (2mg/kg) replication acute lung injury (ALI) model, for two consecutive days. Each treatment group after the second infusion of complete LPS solution for 1 hour, with a saline diluted with the corresponding drug to 4ml orally twice a day. 24h, 48h were gavage killed six rats, all remaining rats were sacrificed at 72h, and gather the necessary specimens; 2. Qingwenbaiduyin drink each dose treatment group (except 24h low-dose group) in rat serum IL-1β content decreased IL-13 levels significantly increased, compared with the same time-phase model group were significantly or very significant difference (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01) difference: Qingwen Baidu Yin dose treatment group 48h Qingwenbaiduyin drink large, middle dose group and 72h after each dose group rat lung organizations in the NF-K B p65 expression were reduced compared with the phase model group at the same time there were significant differences or very significant difference (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01); 5 Qingwen Baidu Yin large doses treatment group, with the exception of the 48h lung tissue NF-κBp65 in the expression was significantly higher than those in the prednisone group (P lt; 0.05) outside, the rest of the observation points and prednisone group there was no significant sex difference (P gt; 0.05 ) Conclusion 1. Qingwenbaiduyin drink can reduce lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury in rat lung tissue damage extent, to some extent, to reduce the accumulation of inflammatory cells in the lungs, infiltration, exudation, played a relatively clear lung protection role; Qingwenbaiduyin drink through effective regulation lipopolysaccharide induced acute lung injury in rat serum inflammatory cytokines IL-1β and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-13 expression levels promote inflammation and anti-inflammatory cytokines tends dynamic balance, thereby reducing the lung inflammatory cell infiltration, played the role of repair protection damage lung tissue; 3 Qingwenbaiduyin the drink can effectively reduce lipopolysaccharide induced NF-κB expression in lung tissue of rats with acute lung injury by inhibition of NF- κB activation and the generation of inflammatory cytokines, the inflammatory response inhibition; 4. lipopolysaccharide induced acute lung injury the early use Qingwenbaiduyin drink, can effectively reduce the degree of damage of the lung tissue, reduce lung inflammation reaction; With the extension of the high-dose administration time applications Qingwen Baidu Decoction treatment of lipopolysaccharide induced acute lung injury may achieve similar efficacy of treatment with prednisone.
