Objective: To explore the active ingredients of Chinese medicine Ligustrum at the molecular level oleanolic acid anti-tumor effect of S180 tumor-bearing mice mechanism . Method : Copy S180 mice model , inhibitory rate was calculated and the life span ; using protein electrophoresis technique to observe tumor protein and serum protein bands change ; immunohistochemical method to observe the expression of P53 protein and tumor necrosis factor . . Results: oleanolic acid inhibitory effect , inhibition rate was 48.59% , the life extension rate of 44.62% , and no significant side effects . Oleanolic acid S 180 tumor-bearing mouse tumor protein and serum protein expression of certain bands . Oleanolic acid can down-regulate the expression of mutant p53 protein in tumor cells , cells of tumor necrosis factor- induced effects , compared with model group , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion : Ligustrum oleanolic acid , the active ingredient can effectively inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice . Serum protein and tumor tissue of tumor-bearing mice protein expression of certain bands . Oleanolic acid can affect the expression of the P53 protein , tumor cells and tumor necrosis factor . Experiments prove that the the Ligustrum lucidum active ingredients of oleanolic acid has good in vivo anti- tumor effect .
