Xinjiang vocational education in ethnic minority areas development history is short, foundation is weak, slow development, insufficient funds, shortage of teachers, teaching quality is low, become the difficulty of development of national vocational education, and social and economic development in national regions have a huge demand for vocational education, vocational education present situation has influenced the social and economic development.
