Objective: To observe Naoling soup the school rat model of Alzheimer's disease (Alzheimer's Disease, AD), hippocampal BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), its receptor TrkβmRNA expression, explore Naoling decoction of Al treatment of Alzheimer's disease model rats and its possible mechanism of action, and provide theoretical and experimental evidence to guide clinical application and development of new drugs. : 30 inbred SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, Naoling soup group (traditional Chinese medicine group) and hydrochloric donepezil group (western medicine group). Hippocampal Aβ1-42 injections to make AD rat model, rats were measured using the Y-maze test and Morris water maze learning and memory gavage four weeks after modeling, and then take the brain tissue slices, using in situ hybridization method study The BDNF and its receptor TrkβmRNA of expression in the rat hippocampus. Results: (1) in the Y-maze test, compared with the sham group and the normal group, model group rats learn to avoid the electric stimulation of the highest number (p lt; 0.05), compared with model group after drug intervention, traditional Chinese medicine The reduction in the number of western medicine in both treatment groups rats showed the required electrical stimulation (p lt; 0.05), and the two treatment groups was no significant difference. Conclusion: (1) the experimental results to the hippocampus of rats injected with Aβ1-42 AD model rats established AD, some behavioral and repeatability, the model is successful. (2) AD model of learning and memory abilities of rats decreased significantly, Naoling soup model rats can improve learning and memory abilities. (3) Naoling soup may be appropriate to increase the AD hippocampal BDNF and its receptor TrkβmRNA expression, which may be part of the mechanism of action is Naoling soup treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
