In the field of defense and other harsh industrial environments , the reliability is a real-time computer control system design is one of the most important goals . In comparing a variety of fault-tolerant hardware design , based on the proposed comprehensive guide information processing reinforcement machine double backup system technical design, hardware design using CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) high-density programmable chip, through advanced the VHDL (Virtual hardware Design Language) language designed with a self-test function of the meter instrument module ; to achieve fault tolerance capabilities of the two aircraft arbitration module . Failure to solve the system output when the quasi- continuity problems , make the work process from system failures , from the perspective of the hardware platform to ensure a certain degree of reliability ; same time, the system software presents two-machine communication , fault diagnosis , fault recovery and fault tolerant system design reorganization , overall reliability of the system by the software platform to be further improved to achieve the reliability of the system design requirements . This established a system reliability model, theoretically analyzed. The system has passed the reliability test , and deliver XX ship integrated navigation display and control units use . From the theoretical analysis, laboratory testing and delivery of the results, the system's dual-system backup technology program is reasonable, has a certain nature , for high reliability under harsh environment computer system design has great practical value.
