Use of indoor and outdoor wireless infrared light technology to build a wireless optical network communication systems will not only provide traditional wired network communications system can provide services, but also has its unique advantages , especially its support broadband mobile communications, which has other means of communication ( eg Electronics Mobile Communications ) irreplaceable application . This paper proposes the physical layer to the link layer , until the network layer, a comprehensive study of wireless optical network construction , analyze its operating characteristics , and thus clear the overall network traffic to obtain high efficiency and high quality of service (QoS) of the relevant elements . And gives preliminary findings related technology and simulation renderings, such as fast adaptive phase technology, wireless optical networking sessions technology, intelligent hierarchical address technology, wireless mesh networking resource allocation key algorithms , networking, and run the key technologies. This is the use of existing physical network transceiver system , allowing high rate wireless infrared optical network communication system into full play the function of the foundation . At the same time , which also layers of technology and its hardware and software development and wireless infrared communication technology to further develop reasonable requirements and guidance. Furthermore , the use of wireless optical network communication system of cheap and flexible communication granularity to solve the last mile problem, namely optical wireless last mile and a bright future . To take full advantage of existing network bandwidth , must be combined with networking and network operations , design and construction of a managed network of intelligent management system, wireless optical network communication characteristics of movement of its own and become the backbone of implementation . Intelligent Network Management System is the next generation of intelligent services network to provide high QoS key , allowing users to operate easily and quickly complete complex tasks . In this paper, the necessary attention and further research should also be made to solve the problem are analyzed and discussed.
