Development of Electronic Real-Time Inspecting System for Eaw Silk Based on NI cRIO

In this thesis, a variety of electronic testing of raw silk were analyzed and compared, at home and abroad in recent years , and combined with the technology currently available in our laboratory and related hardware instruments, developed a multi-threaded real-time detection system of the cleanness、neatness and evenness of raw silk. The system hardware is composed of the modified raw silk fiber measurement device、NI cRIO acquisition system platform (embedded with aμs time level control characteristics of the FPGA chip and 9004 real-time controller ), the assistant of the silk winder and so on. The program was written by NI LabVIEW companies supporting the visual programming software and its sub-kit. The system will convert the thickness (diameter size) of raw silk to analog voltage signal by Raw Silk Instrument , then the NI cRIO acquisition system acquire the signal continuous and dynamic, and make the computing real-time, can detect a thread of the six separate or several threads simultaneously in the silk winder, alarm and shutdown real-time when the raw silk broken in the detection, store the test results of the evenness CV and the number of defects in cRIO, download to the PC by the network cable finally, establish database management system of raw silk electronic detection in the PC, can query、generate reports and print of the test results.The papers by the commonly used 20/22 on the specifications of the different grades of raw silk for a number of test experiments to verify the stability, and better anti-interference ability of the system, also with the NI 6024E data acquisition card comparison test results also verify the accuracy of test results of the system. Application of the system will increase raw silk cleanness、neatness and evenness index efficiency and accuracy of detection with high use value. Research papers will also help to promote electronic test equipment made of raw silk process.
