Learning is mortal foundational intellect activity. Learning ability is fundamental feature of mortal intelligence. Learning means that the system takes some great change in order to adapt to environment. The change make the system accomplish the same or the same kind of work. Machine learning means the process that machine (computer or intellect machine) simulates and implements various learning behavior in artificial intelligence system. Traditional machine learning method include neural network、wavelet network 、fuzzy system、bayes categorizer and fuzzy division and the general novel machine learning method , support vector machine ,which is based on statistics learning theory. The thesis emphasis on three sorts of primary machine learning methods: neural network、fuzzy system、support vector machine. After introducing fundamental theory of machine learning and mechanism of neural network、fuzzy system、support vector machine, the thesis studies and analyzes inward link between them from distinguish and the same and integration .At last it tries to find a kind of unifying pathway about machine learning method. In the end, we get a conclusion that the regularization weighted radial basis function is a kind of unification for machine learning paradigms. This is a useful attempt on the way of unification for machine learning paradigms. The thesis is divided into the below few sections: the first chapter is preface section. It includes the surrounding and meaning of study and what I do in the thesis . The second chapter introduces knowledge and mechanism of neural network. The third chapter introduces knowledge and mechanism of fuzzy system. The fourth chapter introduces knowledge and mechanism of support vector machine. The fifth chapter studies and analyzes the inward link between neural network and fuzzy system. The sixth chapter studies and analyzes the inward link between neural network and support vector machine. The sixth chapter studies and analyzes the inward link between fuzzy system and support vector machine. The eighth chapter formulizes the unifying pathway of neural network、fuzzy system、support vector machine and build the regularization weighted radial basis function is a kind of unification for machine learning paradigms. The last chapter formulize preview about machine learning method.
