Methods: The subjects observed in 50 patients , according to the random principle , be divided into two groups . Including the treatment group of 25 patients , the use of warm acupuncture by tendon junction law ; control group of 25 patients , the use of ordinary needling . The two groups are combined wrist exercises . Self-test questionnaire scores using a the cross wrist segment motor conduction velocity MCV2 and Levine to evaluate the treatment and control groups before and after treatment , to improve the motor function of the hand and wrist , wrist pain , numbness and cross wrist movement conduction velocity efficacy of other aspects to observe the effectiveness of the treatment program results: Before treatment , the treatment group and the control group across the wrist segment motor conduction velocity MCV2 and Levine self-test questionnaire ratings , comparison between groups P gt ; 0.05, no significant difference , with comparable sex . After treatment , the treatment and control groups Levine self-test questionnaire ratings were reduced , inter- carpal conduction velocity improved between the two groups P- lt ; 0.05 . Two treatment methods improve clinical symptoms were mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome , the treatment group was significantly better than the control group Conclusion : warm acupuncture by tendon junction with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome can effectively improve hand and the movement of the wrist , alleviate wrist pain and numbness , and improve the quality of life of patients regain the ability to work .
